Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The product is unused and in its original packaging.
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • The return request is made within 30 days of the purchase date.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products purchased on sale or with a discount.
  • Gift cards.
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.


How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at support@krystallife.store to request a return. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Receive Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Ship the Product: Pack the product securely in its original packaging and include the RMA number. Ship the product to the address provided in the return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.


Refund Process

Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria. If the return is approved, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.


Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product, please follow the return process above and specify that you would like an exchange. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will send out the replacement item. If the replacement item is of a different value than the returned item, we will adjust the payment accordingly.


Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at support@krystallife.store. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. Please provide us with your order number and photos of the damaged or defective product.
